1. Before one can film in Uganda, one needs accreditation from the
Ministry of Information. This is obtained by applying (through the
Min of Foreign Affairs) to the Principal Information Officer,
Ministry of Information..
2. Prospective film-makers are required to pay some customs tax
for their equipment and details of this will be provided by the above-
mentioned officer.
3. For the National Parks, film-makers have to pay entrance fees
to each Park which is US$23 per head per day for Foreigners (Non-
Residents).
4. The filming fee within the National Parks is US$29 for up to 5
people and US$230 for more than 5 people per National Park. The fee
includes commercial transaction levy (CTL).
